Senior Compensation & HRIS Analyst

Our Compensation Department has a full-time position open for an experienced human resources professional.

In this position, you'll be responsible for:

*Developing, operating and administering a system-wide compensation, classification and performance management
program
*Implementing and trouble-shooting HR systems
*Developing and implementing approved policies, procedures, practices, forms and other operational methods
*Working with operating unit heads to creatively solve problems
*Identifying information needs and developing automated methods to satisfy those needs

To qualify, you must have:

*Bachelor's degree with course emphasis in Business Administration, Human Resources or a closely related field
*3 years' experience in human resources with experience in compensation, HRIS or other core HR functions
*Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
*Knowledge of compensation theory, design, methods, planning and analysis, performance appraisal systems and behavioral modification techniques, business functions, healthcare jobs, laws and regulations, and complex statistics
*Ability to use databases, application development, report writer, word processing and spreadsheet software.
